What happens if we train our people and they leave? Wrong question. According to Zig Ziglar you should be asking what if you don’t train them and they stay.

Change can be brought about only by initiation followed by involvement. Every project we do is collaborative effort. Staff and line managers contribute to the design of any recommended program and are thus prepared and motivated to carry it out successfully.

We have a wide range of self development programs broadly covering topics in the following areas. This list is not exhaustive. All programs are fine tuned and tailored to address the needs of end user groups.

  1. Communication and Presentation Skills

  2. Power Packed English for Success in Business( Written and Spoken)

  3. Customer Service Orientation (Internal and External Customers)

  4. Telecalling skills to manage customers over the phone

  5. Appraisal techniques

  6. Team Building

  7. Time Management

  8. Creating Customer Delight

  9. Corporate Non Verbal ( How to read an organization like a book)

  10. Generic Entry level pre-process training program covering Customer service and Language.

  11. Culture Sensitivity program for Migration Executives

  12. Leadership and Team Building for first time leaders

All our programs start with “first principles” and are run in such a way that participants are encouraged to imbibe the concepts and practices that unfold during the program. The accent is on bringing about a fundamental “attitudinal” change rather than imparting a set of how to statements.
Proposed Evaluation of Learning Effectiveness

Our Programs offer evaluation at two levels:

  1. During the program, in the form of quizzes and self –evaluation exercises

  2. After the program, in the form of feedback sessions during which participants discuss their experiences and seek “solutions” to any hurdles or roadblocks in implementing the practices suggested during the program.

  3. It logically follows that greater the level of interaction of a participant during and after the program, greater is his / her involvement with the program itself and hence, better will be the evaluation.
